Acceptance of personal training will be deemed to include acceptance of the following terms and conditions. All session lengths are as deemed appropriate but will be a minimum of 45 mins and a maximum of 1 hour and will be conducted at the Future Fitness location of choice. Any extension in length of session is at the discretion of Future Fitness, and may be subject to additional charge, subject to Client agreement.

Time, date and frequency of sessions are subject to prior arrangement with Future Fitness. The first consultation will be free of charge and will consist of a meeting to introduce ourselves and discuss your requirements, as well as allowing you to sample some of the training techniques which we will use to help you achieve your goals. All sessions and blocks of sessions must be paid for in 48 hours in advance of the first session or on date of renewal of block. Future Fitness reserves the right to cancel or re assign sessions if payment is not received. We operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy if a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text or email, or if a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Future Fitness reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session. An session is not deemed to be moved or cancelled unless agreed by Future fitness.

Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of Future Fitness.

Clients are required to attend a training session at least 5 minutes prior to the published commencement time. If the client is late for a session, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. Once a payment for purchase of a package or service from Future Fitness is made there will be no refunds allowed. The client is required to give a month’s notice to discontinue training. Any session that remains dormant in credit to you for a period of more than 4 months will be conceded. Sessions may be transferred to another person should you be unable to attend your sessions due to illness. Refunds are only applicable when illness inhibits continuation (a doctors certificate will be required as proof). The price of services is agreed on a per client basis and is subject to change at any time at Future Fitness’s sole discretion prior to the date of purchase

Payment for all services shall be made via PayPal or failing that, via bank transfer. Cash payments are only accepted by prior arrangement. The Client is responsible for their own personal medical requirements, clothing and footwear for the duration of the Services. The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non- restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support. Clients are expected to bring their own refreshments and towels as well as required supports such as lifting belts, wrist supports etc. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Future Fitness will use training photo’s and progress pictures as advertising on social media etc only with prior agreement from the client. It is understood between client and trainer that both must commit to the programme 100% in order to achieve results. Future Fitness reserves the right to terminate any agreement if it is deemed to not be in the interest of one or both parties.

The client must strictly adhere to any training or weight loss programme carrying a guarantee. Failure to adhere will render the guarantee void.
